Welcome to our Guilford facility — a modern satellite location offering specialized pediatric therapy services to families across the shoreline region. Conveniently located on Boston Post Road, this center was created to meet the growing demand for comprehensive pediatric care in Guilford, Madison, Branford, and surrounding communities.

Comprehensive Pediatric Therapy

Our Guilford center offers a full range of therapeutic services, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and feeding therapy. Whether your child needs help with motor development, communication, sensory processing, or daily living skills, our experienced team is here to help them reach their goals.

Built for Young Learners and Movers

The facility features a large, open treatment gym furnished with the latest pediatric therapy equipment. This space provides ample room for movement-based therapy, balance training, and gross motor skill development.

To support children with feeding difficulties, the center includes a fully functional kitchen space. This setup allows therapists to integrate feeding tools, adaptive seating, and real-world activities of daily living into therapy sessions — promoting independence and mealtime confidence.

Several smaller, private treatment rooms are also part of the layout. These quiet, focused spaces are ideal for speech-language therapy, fine motor exercises, and one-on-one sessions that require minimal distraction.

A five star rating would not be enough for Cheshire Fitness Zone! From the first time I called to schedule my son’s consult to now one year later, we are consistently greeted by the most caring and loving staff. My son goes to Cheshire Fitness Zone for oral motor/speech therapy and sees Miss Kim. When I say she is the best, she truly is! From day one she has put her heart and soul into my child’s therapy. The strides my son has made in one year is amazing.
